- Lead of the sub-cluster CH Regulatory team and member of the sub-cluster management team
- Responsible for RA related budget in Romania and Bulgaria
- Lead, develop and direct the Regulatory team in the sub- cluster to ensure consumer centricity, innovation and regulatory excellence

WHO YOU ARE
- Education: university degree in life science
- Knowledge of national and European regulatory requirements and experience in managing national and /or European registration procedures
- Customer focus & commercial awareness. Team spirit and people management skills.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of non-medicinal products legislation (e.g. cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices) and experience in maintaining non-medicinal products lifecycle.

Purpose:
The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) contributes locally to the organization’s drive for business quality and efficiency by being responsible for facilitating and providing efficient study support and expertise to teams under the Clinical Development TEAM operating model in clinical studies.

- Coordination of communication of project/study status to various levels of management;
- Managing and maintaining study information documents & trial supplies;
- Support the team with ongoing conduct of studies, at all milestones.
• Organization, maintenance, reconciles and archiving of paper or/and electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) and assistance with eTMF administrative support activities.
• Participate and support audits, inspections and verification of TMF.
• Maintain operational tracking and reporting systems and tools.
• Provide meeting coordination for the local clinical team members in scheduling agenda, presentations, minutes and action item tracking including global and regional investigator meetings, global/regional monitor training meetings (if applicable).

Ensure local Regulatory compliance by:

• Ensure notification of medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics, in accordance with the Romanian law:
- compiles the necessary documentation;
- provides submission of necessary documents to the relevant Health Authorities to achieve notification;
- acts as a contact person for the relevant local Health Authorities.
• Regularly Monitoring the progress of applications and communicates with the authorities in order to obtain timely approvals. Contributes to the preparation of answers to deficiency letters and other Authority requests in cooperation with Global Regulatory Affairs, documenting all relevant contacts in a factual manner, checking of incoming documents and initiating their correction, if needed;
• Timely and complete update of internal and external databases and document management systems, providing relevant information on RA milestones to the other functions on the local and global level;
• Timely implementation of approved labeling and CMC changes into the packaging materials according to SOP and the local legislation, and working together with other stakeholder, e.g. local Quality and Product supply, as appropriate.
• Preparation of local promotional materials in alignment with local marketing, and notification of promotional materials to the relevant Health Authorities in accordance with the Romanian law.
• Archiving of all documents and correspondence submitted to and received from the Authority according to the Global SOP and locally agreed processes;
• Regularly informs about changes in national legislation, changes which are related to Romanian registered products.
WHO YOU ARE
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1- 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs is a must. Experience with various registration categories (OTC, food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics) is an advantage
• EDUCATION: University Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine (MD) or Pharmacy is an advantage;
